In 2024 I left a great career to build Carlotta London. It took me months to gather the courage to make that decision, overwhelmed by fear, self-doubt, and worrying about what others would think.

The frustration I felt being so stuck made me reflect a lot about what was stopping me from doing something I was truly passionate about, and made me notice a common thread in my life: I would clip up my hair every time I took a big step toward my dreams.
