I left a great career in March 24, after having worked for top companies, to launch Carlotta London.

It took me months to gather the courage and make the decision, as I was inundated with fears, self-doubt, and fear of judgement.

I spent the last few years reading books by inspiring entrepreneurs, met people who have successfully started their own businesses. The frustration I felt being so stuck made me reflect a lot about what was stopping me from doing something I was truly passionate about, and made me think of the most rewarding things I had achieved in my life.

I visualized myself in each of these situations, and noticed a pattern: I would clip up my hair at the exact moment of taking the first step toward my goals. 

Because, what is more representative for women than clipping up their hair when they´re about to get their hands into something big?

I didn't start with a disruptive business idea, but I knew I loved beautiful things and felt fulfilled when helping others find the courage to pursue their dreams.
